This is a dairy-free diet. My husband and I have been married for almost 10 years. He loves it, but it has been so darn satisfying to find the right seasoning for his dairy-free meal.

If we’re going to give up soy milk for our kids, we should at least be aware of the health benefits of it, which is why there is so much discussion about whether to buy it or not.
