We don’t need to use a lot of eggs in our baking to get good results. I like to bake with just one egg per layer. You can use as little as two. This is a great way to save time and a lot of money.

This is the first time I’ve heard anyone use egg in baking. It’s not the most common way to do it, but it’s one of my favorite ways to do it.
