The second is a traditional salad which uses a vegetable salad to make the dressing. Mix together a few zest and a bit of olive oil, then add the chicken, onions, and red wine vinegar, and toss. Mix it all together and then add the dressing. Season with a dash of salt to taste. You now have ready to go.
