I have been making my own octopus food for years and have found it to be quite tasty. I have had a lot of requests for octopus recipes, so I figured this was the right place to share it.

Among all the octopus species, the largest is the octopus vulgaris, it has a fat, juicy and sweet flesh. The smallest is the octopus unifilatus, it’s about 2 inches in length, and has a slimy texture.
While this is great for making your own octopus food you will find it hard to beat the taste of the octopi from your local aquarium store. Just make sure you buy only the “bigger” octopi that you can find in your local fishmonger. Otherwise, you’re just feeding something that isn’t worth eating.

When you use a variety of octopi that arent all that great, then youll get a lot of fish you can eat that can be eaten with no fat, no calories, no protein, no fat, no carbs, no protein, and no carbs. That would be good for your food budget.

So if you’re eating more than you need, that is one of the most dangerous parts of dieting.
The other great food for people who have trouble with carbohydrates is fish. You can get the fish from the seafood menu at the local fish store, but I always tell people to skip the fish. If you’re on a diet, you’ll be okay with that.
The problem with fish is that it is very high in protein, which is another way of making it very low in carbs. Fish is also fat, which can be dangerous because youre burning fat rather than storing it.
