When I first started this blog I was very health conscious. I was just not aware of how many calories I really consumed each day, and the amount of salt and sugar that were in my diet. I have changed the way that I eat and I would not sugarcoat anything in this blog for anyone.
I had a friend who also didn’t know how many calories she was eating each day. So then she started this blog and she was always telling me that her blog made the difference between her and the rest of the population. Unfortunately, her blog was not very health conscious.
Well, she is a fat monkey and that is what she is.
She is also a fat monkey because of the things that she eats, and it is not a good thing. The way I look at it is that I don’t want anyone to do it for me because I know that it is hard, but I do it because I want to.
Fat monkeys are the real deal because they do things that would make the fat guy or gal out there really fat. Ive read a lot of articles about fat monkeys doing dangerous things, and that really got me thinking.
I’m not a fat guy, and I dont eat fat at all. But I like to cook and I know that you are not the only one that does it. I know that there are fat monkeys that are trying to find a way to eat more. I know that it is hard, but it is the thing that I like.
I use food to fuel my brain. When I want to write, think, meditate, or just take a nap, I use food to stimulate my brain, it is a way to get me back to my normal brain activity. When I want to eat, I eat fat. I have always been on a diet of sorts. I don’t need to starve myself, but I know that eating too much or over eating while I’m trying to lose weight is unhealthy.
It is hard to get away with being obese because of the way we are programmed to respond to food. The human brain is programmed to not want to be hungry, so there is a huge amount of hunger in the world. We have learned to expect that we will eat when we are hungry and that there is nothing we can do to stop it. We can learn to control our brain, but it’s a lot of hard work to do.
Im just glad it’s on my food plan. It makes it so much easier for me. I can count on myself to eat a banana every morning and when I haven’t eaten for a few days I can count on myself to eat some veggies and then some fruit. I also don’t have to be on my diet. I just eat what I want and when I want.
