I’ve been eating steel cut oats since I was a little girl. My favorite way to eat them is with a spoon while I’m doing dishes and I am in the kitchen, and my friends and family all know what I’m talking about. My favorite way to cook these oats is with nothing but olive oil and a butter knife. To me, steel cut oats are all about the butter, which makes them fall apart when they cook.

But for a cereal that is supposed to be healthy, you probably need to add sugar, so if you like oats and wheat bran, then you have some sugar to add.
I love oats and wheat bran so I’m going to go with oats and wheat bran. I dont have anything against sugar, but sugar isnt really something that I want to have in my cereal. So I will add some sugar to my oats.
