This is a very easy thing to do, buy a whole leg of turkey and then you can just slice off the wing and add all the other ingredients.

I’m not sure that the recipes are the right fit for this recipe, but it looks like it will be very similar to the recipe but with a little more meaty flavor and a little more seasoning. The main difference is the meat that is eaten whole is called meatloaf, the meat is called chicken, and the sauce is called a sauce of garlic, onions, red peppers, and tomato.
