Cooking pheasant is one of my favorite things to do in the world. It’s such a simple dish, so it’s hard to imagine how it can get us involved in anything that doesn’t involve pheasant.

Its a really easy dish to make and its a great way to get a couple of ingredients together and create a dish. For the pheasant, we just used a pot on the fire. I find this method to be the best for cooking meat. Meat tends to be much less likely to stick to a meat thermometer. Also, I wouldnt recommend cooking pheasant over a fire because it can become hard as ****. For this reason, I would use a campfire to cook this bird.
