For many, many years, cooking in the nude was considered bad. It is bad now, and I know many of you have wondered why? I’m sure you’ve wondered whether or not the current trend, the “nude cook”, is actually a positive thing or a negative thing. As I said, I’ve never really given it a whole lot of thought.

Nowadays, I think there are definitely benefits to cooking in the nude. Ive known one person who has even cooked in the nude for a long time, and she definitely has a lot of great tips and tricks for making great meals in the nude.

I’m not going to say that anyone should cook in the nude, but I will say that it can be a positive thing in a lot of cases. Cooking in the nude is a great way to cook because you don’t have to think about what’s going on in the kitchen, you just throw something together and eat it. In general, in the nude you put less effort into it and you get a better meal.
