This is a recipe I created to make the most of my Thai cooking journey. I’ve learned to really love the flavors of this country and am looking forward to enjoying it while doing my own cooking.
I am a big fan of Thai food, and I find the flavor combinations from this country more exotic than I imagined. I can’t say I love every dish, but I do like the way this one tastes. It’s just so flavorful and complex. I would love to try one of those roasted eggplant buns to share with a friend.
I don’t know how this recipe is going to work out. Ive only found it to be a few days of waiting, and I did a few tweaks on it. But I think we’ll give it a shot.
