It’s a great way to help your body. But with lactose free milk it’s a bad idea to put up with it. If you have any problems with lactose free milk, it’s a sign that you have something more pressing to work with. There are tons of ways to increase the amount of milk that you use in your diets.

And for the record, it appears that lactose free milk isn’t a bad idea. But you can’t just put up with lactose free milk without making sure you have a lactose free milk recipe on hand as well.

The lactose in dairy has been known to cause gastrointestinal distress and even death. We all know this. People have been hospitalized for the consequences of eating dairy products that were mislabeled as lactose free. Not surprisingly, the same has been found with milk. However, its best to avoid anything that’s labeled a “lactose free milk” as there are many different kinds and brands out there.

I think I’ve found the answer to this question (and others like it) myself. I’ve had some success in baking with a lactose free milk. One of my friends, and her husband, are great at baking with lactose free milk. I have to admit I’ve never tried it.
