With baking soda it’s all about the taste and the texture. It’s also the easiest of all baking soda recipes to make. There is no need to use baking powder or baking soda mix. Baking soda is a flavor enhancer, so it’ll do just fine with almost any flavor. I also love the way baking soda can make your recipes super-quick and super-easy to make.

The baking soda recipe I use is very simple and relatively easy. I usually start my recipe with a large block of baking soda, to which I add a small amount of water. Then I add a small amount of oil.
