We’ve got a lot of recipes in the video, but this time we’re talking about all-you-can-eat breakfast. It’s a recipe that can be easily made for any breakfast meal that you want to make. We are talking about the traditional Abv breakfast, the Abv salad, and the Abv waffles.
If you don’t want to make the Abv salad yourself, your best bet is to start with a delicious and hearty salad of your own. If it sounds familiar but you’re not familiar with it, but you have to make it yourself, you can make your own.
The salad is pretty simple to make. The ingredients you’ll need are: lettuce, tomato, onion, cucumber, pepper, and ham. You’ll need to chop everything up into small cubes. Then toss them in a salad bowl with mayo and a squeeze of lemon. Then add the avocado, crumbled bacon, and some salt and pepper to taste.
We always think a salad tastes better after being made with our favorite vegetables. I make a batch of my own salad and just throw in whatever veggies I happen to have in my fridge.
The problem is that if you’re not using the right ratio of veggies to protein, you can end up with a salad that tastes like you’re only eating about 20-30 percent of what you’re actually putting in it. I’d rather see a salad that has the full spectrum of vegetables you’d find in a raw food diet.

Ive always been interested in raw foods, and Ive always wanted to try them but never made it because I was terrified that once you start eating things you cant stop. For me, raw food is a lot easier than it seems at first, because Ive always been accustomed to eating a lot of processed food and Ive made a conscious effort to eat a lot of veggies.
I think most people find that raw food is a lot easier than they thought it was. I mean there are no preservatives, and there are no artificial additives. So really, it is about the actual food. It is, however, not a completely raw process. You still have to cook, and you have to worry about what you are doing to the food.
